Attacking Pokémon's Information

Attack or Sp. Atk:

- Check this if your Pokémon is the same Type as the Move it is using.
- Held Item Bonus?
- Check this if your Pokémon has a Held Item that will increase the damage of the attack, such as Mystic Water.
- Attack or Sp. Atk Factor:
- If your Pokémon has used a move like Sharpen, you can use this to set the effect. The same goes if your Pokémon's Attack or Sp. Atk has been lowered. If a move is "sharply raised" or "sharply lowered", then it's +/- 2 levels instead of 1.
Defending Pokémon's Information
- Defense or Sp. Def:
- Defense or Sp. Def Factor:
- If the Defending Pokémon has used a move like Harden, you can use this to set the effect. The same goes if the Pokémon's Defense or Sp. Def has been lowered. If a move is "sharply raised" or "sharply lowered", then it's +/- 2 levels instead of 1.
- Weakness/Resistance:
- If the Defending Pokémon's Type(s) are Weak or Resistant to the Type of the Move that you are using, it will do a different amount of damage. If the Poké has Weakness, it will do 200% damage; if it has Resistance, it will do only 50% damage. If both of the Pokémon's Types are Weak or Resistant to the Type of the Move, it will double the effect (25% or 400% damage).
